bos77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (b) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to bos77, other Members, or third parties.
bos77 operates a risk-based KYC (Know Your Customer) program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time bos77 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until all requested KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to bos77's satisfaction. bos77 will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation. You warrant that all funds deposited into your bos77 Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of all payment accounts used. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or associates — are prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and fund seizure pending investigation.
bos77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with our AML obligations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the identity on file with bos77. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

bos77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bos77 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In the event of a technical error that results in a game being settled incorrectly or a payout being calculated at an erroneous amount, bos77 reserves the right to correct the error retroactively, including by reversing affected transactions and recrediting or debiting Accounts accordingly.
